Frankie & Benny’s in Bristol is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a guest‑first team and deliver memorable dining experiences. You’ll drive performance, inspire your team, and ensure safety and compliance in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.

We offer a 45‑hour contract, a quarterly bonus with potential to earn Tronc, 50% food and drink discounts across Brand, fully funded apprenticeships in Hospitality Management (Level 4), and wellbeing support including an Employee Assistant Program.

• Experience in hospitality leadership and guest service.
• Ability to drive team performance and deliver guest experiences.
