The Inn Collection Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Commissioners Quay Inn in Blyth. You will support the General Manager, lead a busy team, and ensure our guests experience warm, heartfelt hospitality in a pub-with-rooms setting.

Working closely with Chefs and suppliers, you will manage daily operations, supervise shifts, and uphold brand standards while driving guest satisfaction and smooth service across all areas of the Inn.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hospitality operations.
• Proven leadership abilities in a busy setting.
• Excellent customer service and guest care.
