Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in leading and motivating staff to deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll step up for the General Manager when needed and drive financial and KPI performance while fostering a positive, guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and motivating a pub team to create memorable guest experiences.
• Previous Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a like-for-like or branded environment.
• Willingness to step up in the absence of the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
