Welcome Break is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Starbucks at one of its sites. You will help lead the team, uphold standards, and ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome and great service.

You’ll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people, and commercial performance, coaching staff on shift and keeping stock and routines running smoothly. • Experience as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in busy retail/hospitality
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and welcoming experiences
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop others on shift
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle priorities during busy periods
• Understanding of standards, compliance and sales performance
• Ambition to develop management career with a clear progression path
