As an Assistant Manager, you won’t just assist, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team in store. You will be able to lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver KFC’s world-famous fried chicken and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the day-to-day management and operation of your unit and colleagues, including driving sales, managing budgets and P&L, delivering brand standards, health & safety, and recruitment.
• Driving high-quality customer service.
• Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, providing feedback on issues, progress, and performance.

Skills & Knowledge Needed:

• Understanding of maximising profit through sales and cost control.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Adherence to and delivery of brand standards.
• Experience managing and leading teams in a high-volume retail or catering environment.
• Efficient and productive management ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
