This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to OWN IT. This role is accountable to various KPIs and is responsible for the recruitment, nurturing & development of an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently.

Job Description:
- Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness
- Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always
- Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, to driven overall profitability of the gym
- Manage controllable costs such as stock orders & cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend
- Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member-facing role designed to enhance every visit
- Ensure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed & delivered to the highest level consistently
- Drive collective buy-in to national focuses & incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
- Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members within your gym
- Ensure all operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard
- Provide honest, constructive feedback regularly to support team members
- Report facilities & maintenance issues according to best practice guidelines
- Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions
- Manage policies and procedures including Health & Safety, including pool plant operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
Qualifications:
Need to be:
- Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness
- Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Adaptable in communication and management style
- Positive, solutions-driven mindset
- Member champion mentality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Driven and ambitious with a desire to learn and develop
- Flexible in working hours and location, including weekends and Bank Holidays
