The Role

This varied role involves everything from member experience to team development. Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering an excellent member experience through service and standards alongside the Gym Manager
  • Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events
  • Leading the team: recruiting, developing talent, training, and supervising Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors, fostering a positive environment
  • Providing ongoing training and professional development for fitness staff
  • Managing and improving Group Exercise offerings within the gym

You will play a key role in creating a great place to work and work out, supporting the Gym Manager and leading a team to ensure high-quality service and growth in membership.

  • Level 2 qualification in gym instructing and experience teaching group exercise
