Merlin, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our venues in Alderley Edge, UK. You will motivate and mentor staff to achieve outstanding service and food and drink standards, acting as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.
