Tortilla in Bluewater is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent contract. The role offers a salary up to £33,000 per annum plus an achievable bonus of up to £7,000 per year, with opportunities for progression.

You’ll lead a happy, fast-paced team, oversee customer service, GP, and labour control, and help train colleagues. We offer flexible working, free meals on shifts, and a strong focus on work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Assistant Manager or experienced Supervisor with GP and Labour control knowledge.
• Passion for food and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in QSR, bar or restaurant operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Monitor GP and Labour costs and optimise staffing.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and service standards.
• Support daily operations and site openings as needed.
