Tortilla in Bracknell is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent contract. You will lead daily operations, oversee a friendly crew and ensure excellent service while maintaining GP and labour controls. Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor with GP and labour cost control.
• Passionate about food and delivering outstanding guest service.
