You’ll develop staff through coaching, focus on GP and labour control, and contribute to personal development within a friendly, fast-paced California Mexican food concept. This role is full-time and permanent, with a salary up to £33,000 plus a bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in food service.
• Knowledge of GP and Labour cost control.
• Passion for delivering great service and training teams.
