Wingstop Cardiff is looking for an Assistant Manager to work with the General Manager, helping lead a busy restaurant and deliver a great Wingstop experience for customers and staff alike.

You'll coach a frontline team, drive a FLAVOUR service standard, uphold Wingstop values—Authentic, Entrepreneurial and Service Minded—and support operations, training and guest satisfaction on every shift.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of management experience in hospitality, leisure, or retail.
• Customer- and team-focused with a passion for delivering a FLAVOUR experience.
• Desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations.
• Create a great working environment for the team and guests.
• Deliver Wingstop's flavourful experience to customers.
