Wingstop UK is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to drive performance and develop the team in one of our dine-in restaurants. You’ll own day-to-day operations, ensure shifts run smoothly and standards stay high.

You’ll lead, coach and motivate Shift Managers and Crew, support recruitment and training, and drive service, food quality and cleanliness. This hands-on role offers real responsibility and clear progression into General Manager roles.
