Domino’s stores in the United Kingdom are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance.

You will lead by example, motivate the team and help drive the store's success in a busy, fast-paced environment. The role involves shifts including evenings, weekends and late nights, with a focus on delivering great service and maintaining brand standards.

Competenze

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required.
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland (relevant to store location).

Mansioni

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members
