Domino’s is hiring an Assistant Manager in the UK to support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a team, and ensure high standards of service, quality and profitability. You will motivate staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and brand values in a fast-paced, high-volume store.

We value strong leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and late nights. Right to work in the UK or Ireland is required for the store location.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required.
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland (relevant to store location).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence.
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards.
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values.
