Domino’s in the UK is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, deliver outstanding service and maintain high food quality. You’ll lead by example, coach the team and help drive the store’s performance.

You will manage shifts, assist with recruitment and training, ensure health and safety compliance, and uphold Domino’s values in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and late nights is required.

Formación

• Supervisory/management experience in hospitality, retail or QSR preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required.
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland (relevant to store location).

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence.
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards.
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values.
