Job summary

Domino’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality. You’ll lead by example, motivate the team and help drive store success.

You will manage inventory, labour costs and health and food safety compliance while recruiting and developing staff. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends may be required, with a focus on delivering a positive brand experience.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or QSR.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights.
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values
