Smith & Western - Horsham is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the team in a branded restaurant, working 30-35 hours per week with a competitive salary and performance bonuses.

You will be deeply involved in all aspects of running the busy venue, including team management, stock control, ordering, health and safety, and maintaining high standards across service, with energy and a positive, proactive leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager in a branded restaurant environment.
• Experience working in high-volume service with fresh produce.
• Positive, proactive management style with strong leadership.
• Strong customer service ethos and energy to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle ordering, stock control and health & safety compliance.
• Maintain high standards across all areas of service.
• Work closely with Head Chef and Directors to drive standards and growth.
