Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

Role Purpose

You will be responsible for the shop and the team in the absence of the Shop Manager, such as operating and running the shop and managing the team effectively. The role involves supporting the Shop Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations, maintaining high standards, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include opening and closing the shop and managing shop operations in the absence of the Shop Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Shop Manager with daily shop operations and team management.
• Lead the shop and team in the absence of the Shop Manager, including opening and closing the shop, managing and guiding the team, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Maintain shop presentation standards by leading by example.
• Encourage open communication and team collaboration for continuous improvement.
• Focus on shop results, identify opportunities, and motivate the team to achieve high standards.
• Provide outstanding customer experience and guide the team in delivering excellent service.
• Accept and process customer bets accurately through multiple channels, including betting terminals and EPOS system.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting the company's multi-channel/digital services.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, including cash management and security.
• Adhere to social responsibility duties.
