Job summary

Savers Health and Beauty in Margate is seeking an Assistant Manager Designate to join our busy store. You will lead store teams, create a warm, welcoming environment and help deliver exceptional results through strong delegation and people-focused leadership.

With 1+ years retail management experience, you’ll connect with the local community and develop your team's skills. The role offers full-time hours, flexible shifts, and a generous benefits package including holiday entitlement and access

• Great delegation skills to get the job done.
• Willingness to drive (if required by role) or ability to work across shifts.

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £31,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
