Job summary

Savers is recruiting for an Assistant Manager Designate to join the team in the United Kingdom (Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of store). You will lead store teams, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales while building strong community connections.

This full-time role is 39 hours per week with shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. You’ll be supported by a generous bonus scheme and progression opportunities within Savers' network.

• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Ability to drive to different stores.
• Flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Salary: £31,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
