Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team on the shop floor with coaching and role modelling great care and commercial performance.
• Take ownership of day-to-day store operations including planning, scheduling, staffing and workload.
• Maintain high store standards, safety, and audit compliance.
• Ensure stock availability and manage cost control and shrink.
• Use data and in-store insights to identify opportunities and act on them.
• Step in for Store Manager when needed and uphold decisions and performance.
• Provide exceptional customer care and guidance to patients and customers.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver consistent store experience.
