Job description

Rossington Main FC, located in Doncaster, is actively seeking a dynamic and skilled Assistant Manager/Coach to join our men’s open-aged development team. The team competes in the Central Midlands Alliance Premier North at Non-League step 7 and level 11 on the overall pyramid.

Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Manager/Coach for our open-aged men’s development team, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Training Coordination: Ensuring comprehensive communication of training schedules to team members.

• Logistics Management: Supporting the Manager in organising travel and meeting arrangements for both home and away matches.

• Player Recruitment: Collaborating with coaches to actively recruit talented players for the club.

• Professional Conduct: Instilling a sense of professionalism in players, representing the club with pride.

• Sports Integrity: Upholding the integrity of the sport and ensuring players maintain high ethical standards.

• Logistics and Kit Management: Coordinating logistics and kit arrangements for competitions.

Qualifications:

• UEFA C qualification or above preferred.

• Experience working in the men’s or youth development game is beneficial but not essential.
