Exciting coaching opportunity at Derby Hockey Club!

We’re looking for a dynamic Women's Section Lead Coach to inspire and develop players across all four women’s teams.

About Us:

  • 4 men’s and 4 women’s teams (~150 players)
  • Vibrant, competitive club environment
  • Women's 1s and 2s both promoted this season!
  • Teams now competing in Midlands Division 2 East and Midlands Division 3 North East

The Role:

  • Lead a 2-hour weekly training session for all women’s squads
  • Motivate and support players of all abilities and ambitions
  • Help talented athletes push their game, guide juniors into senior hockey, and keep hockey fun for everyone!
  • Club-level coaching experience (Level 2 or above preferred)
  • Strong leadership and people skills
  • Flexible, positive approach
