What makes a successful Assistant Manager?
You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant with a proven sales record.
You are a problem-solving leader capable of coaching, developing, and motivating a team to maximize job satisfaction and performance.
You approach work with a customer-focused attitude to achieve individual and team sales targets.
You are enthusiastic, positive, and committed to contributing to the growth of the business and your colleagues.
You have exceptional product knowledge and a passion for travel & tourism.
Your organizational and time-management skills help you stay on top of your tasks.

What does an Assistant Manager do in a day?
Assist in the effective day-to-day running of the branch, maximizing sales and ensuring profitability.
Support in supervising and coaching your team.
