Job summary

Lancashire County Council is seeking a compassionate and motivated Children's Home Assistant Manager to join our expanding Residential Service in Accrington. The role covers a 7:00am–7:00pm shift pattern to ensure effective management cover, with alternating 7:00am–3:00pm and 11:00am–7:00pm slots.

To ensure effective management cover, you will work within the home's core operating hours of 7:00am–7:00pm, undertaking alternating shifts of:

• 7:00am – 3:00pm
• 11:00am – 7:00pm
