Job summary

Kurt Geiger is seeking an experienced store manager to lead a luxury fashion footwear and accessories team. You will drive sales, maintain service standards, and manage daily operations across a boutique environment designed to reflect our Italian-inspired, luxury brand.

You will mentor staff, ensure policy compliance, and uphold brand presentation. You will work to hit targets, schedule staff for peak trading, and liaise with senior leadership to promote a high-performance culture while

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail team or store.
• Background with fashion footwear, accessories, or fashion brands.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet KPI targets.
• Immaculate personal presentation and professional brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service standards are consistently high.
• Act as a role model and promote service standards within your team.
• Meet store sales targets and company policies.
• Liaise with senior leadership and maintain strong relationships.
• Motivate and coach the team to maintain high performance.
• Manage productivity, targets, employee relations and development.
• Plan and rotas to cover peak trading periods and maintain payroll budgets.
• Protect Kurt Geiger brand and maintain store presentation per guidelines.

• Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
• Be a role model for your team and promote service standards within your team
• Ensure all store and company sales targets, operations goals, policies and procedures are met and maintained
• Actively liaise, communicate and develop good relations with your senior leadership team
• Consistently motivate your team
• Maintain a high-performance team through effective management of productivity, individual targets, employee relations and coaching on areas of development
• Maintain payroll budgets, remaining reactive to trading patterns
• Rota your team effectively and ensure optimum cover during peak trading periods
• Protect the Kurt Geiger brands and ensure all team members meet personal presentation standards
• Ensure your store maintains excellent visual presentation which is consistent with company guidelines
• Previous retail management experience
• Background with a fashion-forward footwear, accessory or fashion brand
• Proven ability to drive sales and team working to KPI's
• To be immaculately presented and representative of our luxury/fashion forward brand
