The King’s Arms Woodstock is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the pub, restaurant and hotel operations with a friendly, guest-focused approach. You will guide the team, oversee daily service and ensure smooth running in a vibrant environment.

You will thrive in a fast-paced setting, possess strong communication and decision-making skills, and be committed to ongoing training and personal development within our Fuller’s family.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, restaurant and hotel.
• Motivate and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure high standards of service, quality and compliance in a busy environment.
