We are seeking a Polish-speaking Assistant Manager of Business Development with 3-4 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably with distributor management, supply chain, and trade marketing background.

The role involves developing sales and distribution of Lee Kum Kee products in Poland and the Netherlands, focusing on mainstream channels. Responsibilities include driving sales, identifying business opportunities, supporting distributors and trade partners to meet sales targets, and ensuring smooth product supply.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing distributor relationships to meet sales targets.
• Identifying opportunities in retail and foodservice sectors.

• Planning and evaluating trade promotional activities.
• Monitoring pricing strategies and market data.
