Your role will involve managing your restaurant to achieve revenue and profit goals by developing your team to deliver exceptional guest care and service. You will control costs, uphold brand standards, ensure food quality, build team cohesion, and create a unique guest experience.

Requirements include:

  • Operational focus on implementing brand standards and policies
  • Consistently deliver industry-leading guest service
  • Experience with restaurant openings is a plus but not essential
