The role

The assistant store manager is our brand ambassador, responsible for the daily operational running of the store. Reporting to the store manager, you will support them in ensuring the store's commercial success and oversee operational aspects of a high-performing store.

What to expect from the role
  1. Support, coach, and motivate the in-store team to achieve targets while exemplifying Pandora’s customer service standards.
  2. Focus on retail operations including stock control, store procedures, team organization, security, rotas, and sales performance tracking.
  3. Manage the store in the absence of the store manager, ensuring smooth trading.
  4. Maintain a strong retail floor presence, influencing sales and team engagement.
  5. Receive thorough training on our luxury products to become a Pandora product expert and support team development.
The successful candidate

The ideal candidate will be a capable leader and passionate team player, confidently supporting their team to deliver an exceptional Pandora experience. Prior experience with a leading brand or consumer product retailing is preferred. We value candidates who demonstrate our core values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
