The role

The assistant store manager is our brand ambassador, responsible for the daily operations of the store. Reporting to the store manager, you will support them in ensuring the store's commercial success and oversee operational aspects of a high-performing store.

What to expect from the role
  1. Support, coach, and motivate the in-store team to achieve targets, exemplifying exceptional Pandora customer service.
  2. Focus on retail operations, including stock control, store procedures, team organisation, security, rotas, and sales performance tracking.
  3. Manage the store's operations in the absence of the store manager.
  4. Maintain a strong retail floor presence, influencing sales and team visibility.
  5. Receive thorough training on Pandora's handcrafted luxury products to become a product expert and support team development.
