Job summary

Toby Carvery Downlands is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, lead and mentor a team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences across food, drink and service.

You will drive standards, train staff, act as Duty Manager in the GM's absence, and lead initiatives to keep guests returning. The role offers progression, a generous pension, 28 days holiday, and staff discounts across our brands.

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.

  Salary £36,000 per annum plus bonus
