Job summary

Specsavers Yardley is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy optics team. You will drive excellent customer service, support store operations, and lead by example to ensure the store runs smoothly.

With previous managerial experience in retail and a passion for eye care, you will foster strong team collaboration, develop staff, and help push performance while delivering Specsavers’ high standards.

Qualifications

• Must have prior managerial experience in retail.
• Experience in optics recommended.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Able to manage teams and support store operations.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable.
