Job summary

Specsavers is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Yardley store. You will lead by example, championing customer-first service while keeping the store and team running smoothly.

Based in Yardley, this full-time role offers strong training, progression opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. Weekend work is essential, with a salary up to £30,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

Previous/current managerial experience.
Optics industry experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Experience assisting or managing teams.
