Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an Assistant Manager for fast-growing fashion retail in London, with roles across West London and Oxford Circus. The role focuses on leadership, team development and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a high-turnover store.

You’ll lead and coach the team, drive sales and KPI performance, and work closely with senior leadership to ensure operational excellence and strong customer service.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading and developing the store team while driving commercial performance.

You'll work closely with senior leadership to deliver operational excellence, maximise sales opportunities and build a high-performing team culture.

About You

• We're looking for an ambitious retail leader who thrives in high-volume environments and is passionate about people development.
• You’ll ideally have:
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Store Manager within a busy, high-volume retail environment
• Experience leading teams and delivering strong commercial results
• A track record of driving sales, profitability and customer experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
• Excellent communication and coaching ability
• A flexible and adaptable approach to changing business priorities
• Energy, positivity and a genuine passion for retail and leadership
• Previous London retail experience is highly desirable
