RHR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a flagship womenswear store in Central London. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a team of around 20 colleagues, delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.

You'll coach and develop people, drive engagement on the shop floor, and create a positive, high-energy culture. A monthly bonus rewards store performance and there is clear career progression within the growing brand.

The Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a flagship store operation, inspiring a team of around 20 colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.

You'll be passionate about coaching and developing people, driving engagement on the shop floor, and creating an environment where customers receive outstanding service every time they visit.
