Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Cranleigh is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store floor, drive sales and deliver great customer service.

You will inspire your team, develop a warm, welcoming environment, and connect with the local community while managing day-to-day operations and shift patterns.

Location: Cranleigh

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £31,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
