Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Redcar is recruiting an Assistant Manager to lead the store and deliver exceptional customer service. This full-time role offers 39 hours per week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and a £31,600 annual salary plus a generous bonus scheme.

You will create a warm, supportive environment, inspire your team, and connect with the local community to drive sales.

Location: Redcar
