Job summary

Savers in Byker is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team. You will lead store teams, deliver strong results, and help develop staff skills in a warm, welcoming environment.

With 1+ years of retail management experience and a knack for delegation, you will build routines that maximise sales while engaging with the local community. The role is full-time with a flexible shift pattern and a generous bonus scheme.

Job description

Location:Byker
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary:£31,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
