Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in the Cotswold region is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store and drive sales, coach the team, and maintain outstanding visual standards for a superior customer experience.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, and focuses on service excellence, brand representation, and collaboration within a luxury fashion environment at Crew Clothing.

Purpose Of The Role

To assist the manager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities
