Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations, drive sales and develop the team. The role is full-time and entails maintaining high standards of customer service and visual merchandising to deliver a memorable shopping experience.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, assist the manager with KPI achievement, recruit and motivate staff, and promote our multi-channel options to customers. A supportive environment and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Purpose Of The Role

To assist the manager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities
