What Will I Be Doing?

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when they are not available.
• Utilise your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drinks, and service that make guests proud.
• Be a role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead your team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, encouraging them to return.
