Las Iguanas is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General and Deputy Managers in running a buzzing restaurant, leading shifts, and motivating the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You’ll be hands-on on the floor, stepping in during busy services, coaching teams, and upholding brand standards while driving performance and guest satisfaction. A positive, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment will fit right in.
