Job summary

Greene King in England is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and help run a busy pub. You will lead by example, ensuring customers and teams have a great time from the moment they walk in.

You’ll bring energy to a fast-paced shift, develop the team through training, uphold brand standards, and champion customer and staff safety. You’ll help create welcoming, safe spaces where locals belong and return.

Qualifications

• You’ll be passionate about delivering amazing experiences for customers.
• You’ll be great with people and have strong communication and leadership skills.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to busy shifts.
• A keen eye for detail and upholding high standards.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely.
