Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to take responsibility for on-site catering operations at New College Swindon. You will support the Catering Manager in day-to-day activities, uphold food safety and customer service standards, and lead a team across both Swindon college campuses.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organisational skills, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• To support the Catering Manager in the day-to-day operation of catering services across both Swindon college campuses.
• The Assistant Catering Manager will help ensure the smooth running of all catering outlets by providing operational support, maintaining high food safety and customer service standards, assisting with administration, developing team members, and driving sales and service excellence.
