Job summary

Costa Coffee in Swanley is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager to join our friendly, fast-paced team at Unit 46, Swanley Shopping Centre. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store runs efficiently, focusing on store operations, customer relationships, and delivering our high-quality coffee experience.

We seek a hands-on leader capable of coaching staff, managing cash and stock, and upholding Costa standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/management experience in hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Customer service focus with the ability to train staff.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team.

A bit about the role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help make sure that everything about the store is efficient and effective. That means getting involved in operations, store and company culture, customer relationships, and of course, the coffee. This is going to be so much fun.
