Job summary

Boot Inn in the United Kingdom is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor individuals to reach their best and act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or supervisory roles within hospitality.
• Ability to train and motivate a team to deliver high guest service.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
