Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking an Assistant Manager at M40 Services in Warwick to lead the team on shift, uphold standards and deliver a welcoming guest experience.

You will support the Store Manager on service, safety, people and sales performance, coaching staff and overseeing stock and routines to ensure smooth operation and a clear progression path to Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on shift to ensure high standards and guest experience.
• Support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and commercial performance.

You’ll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people, and commercial performance, coaching the team on shift, helping to manage stock and routines, and making sure the unit is clean, well‑organised, and ready for every rush. It’s a hands‑on role with real responsibility, and we’ll give you the training and support to grow into a Store Manager role.

• Have experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in a busy retail, hospitality, or customer service environment
