About The Role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running our bar. You will lead by example in customer service, train staff, and ensure a positive working environment. You’ll work with an experienced team of passionate individuals, helping them develop and reach their potential.

About You

• At least a couple of years’ management experience in a busy bar and kitchen.
• Knowledge of craft beer is desirable but not essential; eagerness to learn is key.
• Customer service-focused, with a passion for training and developing others.
• Financial acumen and understanding of the local craft beer scene are beneficial.
